A list of recent police activity in Bayport and Blue Point as reported by the 5th Precinct.
The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding Bayport-Blue Point. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.
Arrests
- Michael Maiorella from Bayport was arrested in Bayport for criminal contempt on April 22.
- On April 25, Zachary Gilmour from Blue point was arrested in Bayport for criminal mischief.

- An incident of harassment on Montauk Highway in Bayport was reported to police at 9 a.m. on April 25.
- On April 22, police were alerted of an incident of grand larceny on Montauk Highway in Blue Point at 3:30 a.m.
- Police were notified of an incident of harassment on Sunrise Highway in Blue Point on April 23 at 3 a.m.
- Middle Road residents in Blue Point alerted police of an incident of criminal mischief at 9:30 p.m. on April 23.
- On April 25, police were notified of an incident of grand larceny on Montauk Highway in Blue Point at 4 p.m.
