Samantha has lived in Bayport her entire life and graduated from Bayport- Blue Point High School in 2006. She attended Quinnipiac University and graduated in May of 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Print Journalism and a minor in law. While at Quinnipiac, Samantha became the head copy editor for the school's independent news website, The Quad News. She also obtained a valuable internship at Time Inc. Content Solutions, where she learned the fine art of fact-checking and editing magazines. She is excited to share her love of journalism with her hometown. After all, home is where the heart is.
