Nov. 16: Shadow Day, Local Jobs

1.  sophomore business students will experience the "real world" through Shadow Day today by "shadowing" employees at a local business of their choosing. Learn more about the semiannual event for sophomore and junior students Thursday on Patch.

2. The offers yoga for beginners this evening at 7 p.m. has the same format and instructor as Beginning Yoga offered on Saturday mornings, but now it’s also being held in the evenings. Fee: $10.

4. Blue Point Book Club isn't all about reading, the group held a soup social Sunday to encourage friends and family to donate to church outreach. 5. Students of James Wilson Young Middle School got into the spirit of the season and took part in their school’s annual food drive. More on this later.
