Daniel Vater, of New York, was arrested in Fire Island Pines and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury.

David Gannalo, of Norwalk, was arrested in Cherry Grove and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.
May 28, 2013
A West Sayville man was arrested in Patchogue and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
