Police Hunt Assailants in Sayville Assault

Attacked victim required hospital treatment.

Suffolk Police are looking for two men who accosted and assaulted another man near the Sayville train station in late September.

According to police, the victim was walking through the south side of the Sayville train station about 2:30 p.m. on September 21 when he was attacked by two men.

The assault left the victim with several lacerations, bruises and a broken bone. He was transported for treatment to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital.
