American Cheese, which has called West Sayville home since opening its doors three years ago, is moving to Railroad Avenue in Sayville by early summer.
The artisinal cheese specialty shop will move into the former Potbelly Deli storefront. The much larger space will allow for tastings, events, seating for patrons who want to enjoy cheese and wine or beer.
