Capozzi Olympic Sailing Team Wins One, Loses One
In the first round of racing the U.S. Women Match team beats Denmark but loses to Spain.
The US Women Match Racing team is in fourth place after the opening day of racing at the London 2012 Olympic Sailing Competition, with a three-way tie after all the teams completed two races each.
The U.S. squad led by Anna Tunniclifee and featuring Bayport’s Debbie Capozzi, lost to Spain but beat the Denmark team for a 1-1 standing at the end of day racing.
None of the sailing is being televised by NBC. But this website provides up to date race information and races happening between now and August 11.

The Women's Match Racers resume tomorrow, July 30. Fans can also follow the action on the ISAF Olympic Live Blog which will bring competition updates and instant reactions to the action on the race course.
The next matches for Capozzi’s team will be against Portugal and Australia. Then it’s Finland and France on July 31.
