Women's Wellness Program at Sangha Pilates

In this six week workshop lead by Tonie Forster, we learn to shift the perspectives and beliefs that limit our potential and break through undesirable patterns that affect family dynamics, intimate relationships, friendships, the work place, our health and every aspect of our life.

Through guided meditations, discussions, journaling and movement, we will learn how to nurture our body, mind, and spirit and explore simple, yet effective techniques for relaxation, healing old wounds, and releasing negative emotions that impact our daily lives.

We welcome the opportunity to influence a process of change in our lives. We encourage you to consider joining our classes.
