Walk Your Way To Running a 5k is a 12 or 8 week program that teaches particpants how to run their first charity 5k through walking and running intervals. The class meets with a walk/run coach, Kiersten Bartolotta each week and learns about running technique, form, hydration, proper warm up, cool down and stretching. Discounts at Sayville Running Store also included. Program is completed with the class running a 5k charity event together!
