Event Summary:
A fast and flat 5k through Sayville in memory of Keith Nintzel, a former Sayville High School cross country athlete. Benefits local scholarship funds.

Keith Nintzel Memorial 5k Run and Walk
The race course is USATF certified and will be timed by Just Finish Inc. The walk is non-competitive. All proceeds will benefit the Keith Nintzel Memorial Scholarship at Sayville High School. Brooks technical fabric running shirts with race logo will be given to the first 500 runners and cotton t-shirts to the first 300 walkers!
Stay for awards, raffles and food.

Post Race Celebration: Awards and special gift from Brooks Running for top 3 finishers in the following age divisions: Men's and Women's overall, 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90 and over.
