InMotion Cycling Studio and Walk To Run Fitness present free fitness seminar for the community
The presentation will include information on how to set and reach realistic fitness goals, nutrition & weight maintenance, proper form & technique for running, walking and cycling, creating fitness training plans, and essential workout apparel. Specific information on upcoming fitness events in our area such as duathlons, cycling, running and walking charity events will also be included in the information.
All registered participants will receive a pass for a free ride at InMotion Cycling Studio, a free yoga class at Om Shanti Om Yoga Center and valuable offers from Cornucopia Natural Foods, Sayville Running Co. and Walk To Run Fitness.
