Don't Miss: Free Walking & Running Fitness Clinics

There's no excuse now to get in shape for summer as Walk to Run Fitness is holding two free fitness clinics in May.

The Thursday, May 9 clinic will start at 7:05 p.m. and the Saturday, May 11 will start at 7:45 a.m and both will be held in Sayville though exact location has yet to be determined.. Participants do need to register ahead of time. Those attending will learn how to start a fitness walking or beginner running program.

The clinic will include information on injury prevention, goal setting, apparel and sneakers, hydration, strength training, stretching and a 30-minute workout with instruction on form and how to properly warm up and cool down.
