As you send those kids back to school, get back on a good healthy living track.

With the weather getting cooler in September, it is the perfect time to get motivated and get started on your fitness goals, according to Kiersten Bartolotta, who owns Walk To Run Fitness of Sayville.

And to help local residents Bartolotta is offering a free fitness clinic on September 8 to help give residents the tools to add exercise to your busy lives on a daily basis.

The free clinic will be one hour and include instruction on how to start a fitness walking, or beginner running program.
