High school and middle school artists painted the windows of the town's shops last week, carrying on a longstanding tradition that has been sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Sayville for more than 30 years.
The drawings were chosen by the art teachers in both schools and supplies are sponsored by the Kiwanis Club. The lucky winners were able to spend the day translating their drawings into window art.
