Simply Creative Cooking with Chef Rob

Meet Chef Rob, personal chef and author of the cookbook Simply Creative, and watch as he demonstrates how to make a steamy soup and salad combo sure to warm you up this winter.  Recipes will include:  Tomato, basil and rice soup and a red leaf salad with pecans, feta cheese, red grapes and balsamic vinaigrette.  Fee:  $5 payable by check only. Registration begins on January 3 for residents, and January 9 for non-residents.
