Late Summer Harvest Cooking with Country Comfort

Join cookbook author and baker Mary Elizabeth Roarke and her daughter Nicole Roarke as they demonstrate several recipes from the Country Comfort Summer and Harvest cookbooks.  The Roarkes will highlight seasonal flavors, while providing you with cooking tips and plating ideas.  Recipes will include:  Grandpa’s mint sauce, fresh corn salad, strawberry salad with vinaigrette and apple crisp.  Fee:  $5.
