Introduction to Meditation

Just relax.  If it was only that easy.  Sangha Pilates Studio in Bayport is holding an Introduction to Meditation workshop. 

Meditation is recognized for providing many physical and psychological benefits.  This workshop will study the technique of mindfulness or bare attention.

Mindfulness is easily integrated into everyday life.  It helps maintain clear seeing, wise decision making and a loving heart.

This series of classes is taught by Joanne Chase.  She has been practicing and studying meditation and Buddhism for 18 years.

Introduction to Meditation classes held on Fridays from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. on October 14 - November 18.  The cost of this six week workshop is $100.  Call 631-472-5892 to register or more information.
