You know the old saying...you are what you eat. Sure, sugar may give you a burst of energy, but how do you feel half an hour later? During this lecture we'll explore the different types of energy that various types of food provide and introduce you to some super foods. Learn how to balance your mood by eating healthy vitamin and mineral rich foods.

Registration begins Tuesday, May 1st at 10am for residents and Monday, May 7th for non-residents.
