Eating for Energy

Does caffeine start your day? Is this “real” energy? Do you watch calories, fat intake and try to be healthy? Only to ­find at 3 pm you need another “pick-me-up?” Perhaps a craving for something sweet, a chocolate bar, candy, cookies...? Our energy can be depleted, depending on what we eat - or don’t eat. When we eat for energy with foods that truly nourish our body, we feel a steady flow of energy throughout the day. Avoid the ups and downs, with “real” food is our fuel. Treat yourself to high quality, energizing foods!
