Cooking Across America with Country Comfort

The mother-daughter team Mary Elizabeth and Chef Nicole Roarke return to share recipes from their newest cookbook, Cooking Across America.  Mary Elizabeth and Chef Nicole will demonstrate recipes highlighting seasonality and regional influence, including Northeast’s Asparagus Dill Soup, Middle American’s Cherry Salad and Maple Balsamic vinaigrette.  Fee:  $5 payable by check only.

Program registration for Bayport-Blue Point Library patrons begins on Tuesday, February 28 at 10am.  Registration is required for all programs listed unless otherwise noted.  Patrons can register online, by phone, or in person.  Patrons who register for programs that require fees have one week to come in and pay for the program before their spot is released.  Any fees must be paid for by check.  Except for driver safety programs, all checks must be made out to the Library.  Program registration for non-residents will begin on Monday, March 5.
