A Salute to the Big Easy with Chef Craig

Winter is in full swing and the best way to deal with the cold is hot food.  Take a trip to New Orleans, the Big Easy, with the Block Island Seafood Company as we demonstrate two classic dishes straight from the Bayou.  It’s our take on shrimp and crab gumbo and jambalaya.  Fee:  $5 payable by check only. Registration begins January 3 for residents, January 9 for non-residents.
