Elementary Students Enjoy the Night at the Science Symposium

Parents, students and staff enjoy the projects.

The All-Elementary Science Symposium event was a night of exploration and discovery both for the students in fourth and fifth grades for their parents.

Through fun activities that included the Space Road Show (demonstrated by Mr. Joseph Ladolcetta), the Starlab (demonstrated by Mrs. Laura Moyer), seminars by science teaching staff, and science experiments conducted by high school science student volunteers, the elementary students along with their parents gained a better understanding of how their requires Science Fair projects can be interesting and informative and fulfill the required criteria.

The symposium, which was coordinated by Lincoln Avenue principal Dr. Michele LeBlanc with the support of math/science/technology lab staff, and principals Dr. John Stimmel and Mrs. Rose Castello, was especially invaluable to parents and students who needed a jump start into the amazing universe of Science Fairs.
