The event for the newly constructed Doug Monsell memorial patio at the high school will be held at 4 p.m.
A dedication ceremony for the Doug Monsell Memorial Patio will be held Friday at 4 p.m. at the patio at the Bayport-Blue Point High School.
Everyone is welcome to attend and remember the fine memories of former educator Doug Monsell who lost a valiant battle against liver dieases last Spring, said Chandler Varone, the Eagle Scout who built the beautiful memorial lunch area for students.
