BAFFA Art Exhibit Boasts Student Talents

Event featured works of young artists from 10 local high schools.

There was award-winning work everywhere you looked this weekend at the BAFFA Student Invitational Art Exhibit held this weekend at the Gillette House in Sayville. Ribbons adorned top finishers in a slew of different artistic categories and many students from both Bayport-Blue Point and Sayville took first, second, third and honorable mention awards.  Kayla MacFarlane, of Sayville, was given the Jacqueline C. Palmer Award for photography.
