High school alumni now making the grade at universities across the country.
Education doesn't end after high school for a majority of Bayport-Blue Point graduates, many move on to four-year colleges and pursue their academic goals.

Providence College

To qualify for the Dean's List, students must achieve at least a 3.55
St. Lawrence University
Katherine M. Lacy, of Blue Point, Class of 2011, has been selected for inclusion on the Dean's List for academic achievement during the spring 2011 semester at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. She is majoring in Mathematics and Economics with minors in Applied Statistics and Psychology. Lacy graduated from St. Anthony's High School in South Huntington.
To be eligible for the Dean's List at St. Lawrence University, a student must have completed at least four semester units and have an academic average of 3.6 (based on a perfect 4.0 scale) for the semester.
Bryant University
The spring semester Dean's List at Bryant University includes Patrick Tartaro, a Senior majoring in Finance from Bayport.
Stonehill College
Bayport resident Matthew C. Murmello, a member of the class of 2014

Recent college grads:
Ithaca College
Craig Wilkinson, the son of Glenn Wilkinson and Margaret Wilkinson of Bayport, graduated from Ithaca College's School of Humanities and Sciences. The degree was awarded in May 2011.
Cornell University
Cornell University is pleased to announce James Bosco of Bayport graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration with the Class of 2011 during Commencement ceremonies in Ithaca, N.Y., on May 29, 2011.
