UPDATE: Bayport-Blue Point schools are closed Wednesday.
All schools in both the Sayville and Bayport-Blue Point school districts will have a two-hour delayed opening on Wednesday.
A note on the Sayville district's website reads: Local forecasts of hazardous icy conditions in the early morning will cause travel delays and disruptions for our students and staff. Therefore, all Sayville schools and buildings will have a 2-hour delay. Please be safe!
