Peter Marino, Owner of Crickets, Checks on Recent Paving

Town of Islip recently completed many resealing, restriping and relining projects in Sayville.

Councilman Gene Parrington and Commissioner of Public Works Rich Baker recently met with Peter Marino, owner of Crickets Restaurant in Sayville, to examine the recent resealing, and relining of the parking lot behind Crickets Restaurant and other local shops in downtown Sayville.

"I am very impressed with the quality of the recent work completed by the Town," said Marino. "This is a much-needed improvement that will be enjoyed by all of our local patrons."

Other roads recently paved on the East End of the Township include Oakdale Bohemia Road, Lincoln Avenue, Lakeland Avenue, Johnson Avenue, Terry Road and parts of Foster Avenue, as well as other parking lots on both the North and South side of Montauk Highway in downtown Sayville.
