B-BP Students, Teachers Show Support for Ecology Center

Members of the Interact club and teachers and staff attended the rally Sunday to keep the animal park open.

A slew of Bayport-Blue Point students, staff and teachers participated in Sunday's rally to keep the Holtsville Ecology Park open. The event raised funds to help support animal care and featured speakers from various groups that want Brookhaven Town to keep the popular town facility operating. Students helped man t-shirt booths to raise funds.
