West Sayville Woman Sentenced in Felony Rape Case

Court imposes 10-year probation sentence.

A West Sayville woman facing felony rape charges for an alleged relationship with a male under the age of 17 has pled guilty and been sentenced to probation for 10 years, with a restraining order of eight years concerning contact with the victim.

Stacey Antos initially pleaded not guilty on July 24, 2013 to three E felony counts, as well as one misdemeanor for allegedly acting in a manner that could injure a child, following her arrest on July 4, 2013.

She changed her plea to guilty on Nov. 19, 2013 and was sentenced on Jan. 14, 2014.

According to a state criminal database she was ordered to pay several court fees as well and is due back in court on March 10, 2014 for a compliance hearing.
