W. Sayville Woman Facing Felony Rape Charges Pleads Not Guilty
Charges stem from arrest on July 4.
A West Sayville woman is facing criminal charges stemming from an alleged relationship with a male under the age of 17.
Stacey Antos, 40, pleaded not guilty Wednesday before Judge Barbara Kahn in Suffolk County Criminal Court to three E felony counts of rape in the third degree, as well as one misdemeanor for allegedly acting in a manner that could injure a child.
According to the Suffolk County criminal database, Antos was arrested on July 4. On July 7 she posted a $4,000 bond that remains in effect, and a temporary order of protection for the alleged victim was issued. A grand jury returned a true bill for indictment on July 10. Antos is due back in court on August 15.
