James Jr Byrnes, of W. Sayville, was arrested in Sayville and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, grand larceny in the third degree and possession of burglary tools.

Ryan Golka, of Sayville, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with possession of a forged instrument.

August 8, 2012

Gregory Rodriguez, of Sayville, was arrested in Bohemia and charged with grand larceny.

A Joseph Street resident reported a burglary incident that occurred the previous night.

The theft of funds from a bank was reported in Sayville.

A Smith Street resident reported four youths broke a mirror on a car.
