Have you noticed that these police reports frequently mention crimes of graffiti vandalism? East coast, west coast, it doesn't matter. You read about graffiti vandalism all over the country. Shame that we have to spend $20 billion a year fighting graffiti according to www.DefacingAmerica.com and other graffiti experts. Can we stop graffiti? We will prevent the next generation of graffiti writers when we reach out to kids and help them see graffiti for the harm that it does. You can pass all the graffiti laws you want, yet if kids see graffiti as interesting, harmless self-expression, it won't end.
