Robbery at Blue Point Dunkin Donuts Ends in Eastport Crash
Details are still forthcoming regarding incident.
The Dunkin Donuts store on Montauk Highway, Blue Point was hit by robbers Thursday evening with published reports stating a police chase of the alleged robbers ended with a car crash in Eastport.
A store employee confirmed to Patch this morning that the incident took place but declined to provide further details.
Suffolk Police have not yet released any specific details about the incident.

A published report by WABC-TV claims a suspect in the crime was injured following a high-speed chase by police that started in Blue Point and ended on County Road 51. The report states two arrests were made, one at the coffee shop and one at the crash scene.
