Police: Blue Point Man Facing Public Lewd Act Charges
Rian Loper is scheduled to be arraigned Friday on the charges.
A 20-year-old Blue Point man is being charged with public lewdness after exposing himself to women and motorists in July and August, according to Suffolk Police.
Rian Loper is charged with three counts of public lewdness for allegedly exposing himself in front of female pedestrians and motorists between July 7 and August 19 in Patchogue, Blue Point and Sayville, say police. He is scheduled for arraignment today at First District Court in Central Islip.
Police say the investigation is continuing and detectives are asking anyone who may have had contact with Loper to call the Fifth Squad at 631-854-8552
