Crime Report: Three Arrests Reported This Week
Recent police activity in the area as reported by the 5th Precinct.
The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding Sayville and West Sayville. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. All complaints listed are only alleged crimes under local investigation.
Arrests:
- On Dec. 8, Ian Wall from Sayville was arrested in West Babylon for DWI.
- On Dec. 9, Jason Siani from Sayville was arrested in Saltaire for conspiracy.
- On Dec. 13, Richard Rosemann from Sayville was arrested in Sayville for harassment.

- On Dec. 7, an incident of burglary was reported on Cliff Avenue in Sayville.
- On Dec. 8, an incident of grand larceny was reported on Johnson Avenue in Sayville.
- On Dec. 12, an incident of grand larceny was reported on Sunrise Highway in Sayville.
- On Dec. 12, an incident of harassment was reported on Yonda Drive in Sayville.
- On Dec. 13, an incident of harassment was reported on Bohack Court in Sayville.
- On Dec. 13, an incident of harassment was reported on Atlantic Avenue in West Sayville.
