Crime Report: Four Arrests, One Incident

A list of recent police activity in Bayport and Blue Point as reported by the 5th Precinct.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding Bayport-Blue Point. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions. 

Arrests

  • On July 4, Elysha Giatras from Holtsville was arrested in Bayport on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
  • Stephanie Carney from Hicksville was arrested in Blue Point on July 4 on a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • Patchogue resident Patrick Severance was arrested in Bayport on July 5 on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
  • On July 7, Kayla Murray from Bayport was arrested in Patchogue on a charge of criminal contempt.
