Crime Report: Five Arrests Reported This Week
Recent police activity in the area as reported by the 5th Precinct.
The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.
Arrests:
- On May 10, James Raimo from Sayville was arrested in Sayville for possession of a hypodermic instrument.
- On May 11, Jessie Allen from Bayport was arrested in Sayville for criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal contempt.
- On May 11, John Mazzullo Jr. from Sayville was arrested in Sayville for DWI.
- On May 11, Christopher Dyroff from West Sayville was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana.
- On May 13, James Byrnes Jr. from Sayville was arrested in West Sayville for grand larceny.

- On May 11, an incident of criminal mischief was reported on Greeley Avenue in Sayville.

- On May 13, an incident of harassment of reported on Lincoln Avenue in Sayville.
- On May 14, an incident of aggravated harassment was reported on Sunrise Highway in Sayville.
- On May 14, an incident of criminal mischief was reported on Railroad Avenue in Sayville.
- On May 15, an incident of harassment was reported on Wyandanch Road in Sayville.
