Crime Report: Arrests Made for Possession and Obstruction
Recent police activity in the area as reported by the 5th Precinct.
The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding Sayville and West Sayville. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. All complaints listed are only alleged crimes under local investigation.
Arrests:
- On March 4, Patricia Coan from Sayville was arrested in Sayville for obstruction of governmental administration.
- On March 4, Michael Agnitti from Sayville was arrested in Farmingville for criminal, possession of a controlled substance.

Incidents:
- On March 3, an incident of harassment was reported on Loop Drive in Sayville.
- On March 3, an incident of burglary was reported on Freemont Road in West Sayville.
- On March 5, an incident of criminal mischief was reported on Sunrise Highway in Sayville.
- On March 5, an incident of criminal mischief was reported on Harp Lane in Sayville.
- On March 6, an incident of burglary was reported on Aldrich Street in Sayville.
- On March 6, an incident of harassment was reported on Main Street.
