Crime Report: Eight Arrests Made

Recent police activity in the area as reported by the Fifth Precinct.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests:

  • On Oct. 5, Corey Allen from Sayville was arrested in Sayville for criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • On Oct. 5, Anthony Goodwin from Ronkonkoma was arrested in Sayville for criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • On Oct. 6, Daniel Russell from Sayville was arrested in Bay Shore for petit larceny.
  • On Oct. 6, Stephen Takats from Sayville was arrested in West Babylon for petit larceny.
  • On Oct. 6, Andrew Dovicsak from Medford was arrested in Sayville for DWI.
  • On Oct. 8, Stephen Takats from Sayville was arrested in Sayville for petit larceny.
  • On Oct. 8, Emanuel Montalvo from Sayville was arrested in Bohemia for aggravated unlicensed operation.
  • On Oct. 9, Erin Tisch from Sayville was arrested in Port Jefferson Station for assault.

Incidents:

  • On Oct. 8, an incident of harassment was reported on Swayze Street in Sayville.
  • On Oct. 10, an incident of criminal mischief was reported on Railroad Avenue in Sayville.
