Crime Report: A heap of DWI's

A list of recent police activity in Bayport and Blue Point as reported by the 5th Precinct.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding Bayport-Blue Point. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions. 

Arrests

  • Chelsea McCormick from Bayport was arrested in Bayport for unlawful possession of marijuana on April 27.
  • On April 28, William Koelbel from Bayport was arrested in Bayport for petit larceny.
  • Grant Marelli from Blue Point was arrested in Blue Point on a charge of driving while intoxicated on April 28.
  • Bayport resident Eric Reed was arrested in Bayport for criminal trespass on April 28.
  • Jonathan Swanson from Bohemia was arrested in Blue Point on a charge of driving while intoxicated on May 1.
  • On May 1, Daniel Ahlshlager from Bayport was arrested in Bayport for robbery.
  • On the same day, Brian McGuire from Bayport was arrested in Bayport on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
  • Holbrook resident Lorryn McKenna was arrested in Patchogue for criminal mischief and assault on May 3.
  • Terrence McKenna from Sayville was arrested in Bayport for lewdness on May 4.
  • On May 4, German Perez from Bayport was arrested in Patchogue for assault.
  • Galo Tapia from East Patchogue was arrested in Blue Point on a charge of driving while intoxicated on May 4.
  • On the same day, Shannon Bera from Mastic Beach was arrested in Blue Point on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
