Crime Report: Public Display of Sex Material Arrest

A list of recent police activity in Bayport and Blue Point as reported by the 5th Precinct.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding Bayport-Blue Point. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions. 

Arrests

  • On Nov. 11, Delia Milano from Franklin Square was arrested in Bayport on a charge of criminal mischief.
  • Holtsville resident Traci Carney was arrested in Blue Point on a charge of driving while intoxicated on Nov. 11.
  • Judy Yanes from Brentwood was arrested in Bayport on Nov. 12 on a charge of criminal contempt.
  • Jagir Singh from Hicksville was arrested in Bayport on charges of failure to disclose origin and public display of sex material on Nov. 14.
  • On Nov. 16, John Gray from Bayport was arrested in Holbrook on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

  • On Nov. 11, Terrace Road residents in Bayport reported an incident of criminal mischief at 5:30 a.m.
  • An incident of harassment on Bayport Avenue in Bayport was reported to police at 1:46 a.m. on Nov. 12.
  • Renee Drive residents in Bayport alerted police of an incident of harassment on Nov. 13 at 12 p.m.
  • On Nov. 14, police were notified of an incident of criminal mischief on Barrett Avenue in Bayport at 3 p.m.
