Kevin Riggio, of Blue Point, was arrested in Blue Point and charged with DWI, previous conviction in past 10 years.
An East Moriches man was arrested in Blue Point and charged with obstruction of governmental administration.

Ryan Foley, of Bayport, was arrested in Bayport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08, DWI, first offense.
