Police: Bayport Man's Death Ruled Non-Criminal

No information on circumstances are available from police or medical examiner.

The death of a Bayport man found on Sylvan Avenue on October 24 has been ruled as a non-criminal incident by the medical examiner's office, according to Suffolk Police.

The discovery of the body, found on LIPA property adjacent and just south of Outlaw Acres, was investigated by the Suffolk County Police homicide division.
