A list of recent police activity in Bayport and Blue Point as reported by the 5th Precinct.

The following information is directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's media incidents list regarding Bayport-Blue Point. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

ARRESTS

May 27, 2012

Michael DiMarco, of Lake Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Blue Point and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC level of .08 of 1 percent.

David Pagan, of Patchogue, was arrested in Bayport and charged with criminal contempt.

May 24, 2012

Andrew Francino, of Blue Point, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with criminal contempt and resisting arrest.

Norman Nixon, of Blue Point, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Leif Elfers, of Miller Place, was arrested in Blue Point and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

Peter Blandeburgo, of Bayport, was arrested in Amityville and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

May 23, 2012

Kenneth Hilderbrandt, of Blue Point, was arrested in Blue Point and charged with DWI.

Andrew Francino, of Blue Point, was arrested in Selden and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Daniel Madigan, of Bayport, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with criminal possession of a weapon.

May 21, 2012

Robert Ciliento, of Patchogue, was arrested in Bayport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC level of .08 of 1 percent.

 

INCIDENTS

May 26, 2012

Criminal mischief to a truck was reported by a Clearview Place, Blue Point resident.

May 20, 2012

An incident of harassment took place on Montauk Highway in Bayport.
