B-BP Crime Report: Quiet Week With Just One Arrest, Burglary

A list of recent police activity in Bayport and Blue Point as reported by the 5th Precinct.

The following information is directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's media incidents list regarding Bayport and Blue Point. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

ARRESTS

August 14, 2012

Alexandra Bromm, of Blue Point, was arrested in Blue Point and charged with harassment in the second degree.

INCIDENTS

August 16, 2012

A burglary involving the theft of jewelry was reported by an Academy Street resident.

August 14, 2012

An incident of harassment was reported on Meadow Lane in Blue Point.

August 13, 2012

Grand larceny involving the theft of a wallet from a car’s glove compartment was reported by a South Snedecor Avenue resident.
