B-BP Crime Report: DWIs, Stolen Pocketbook & Harassment Incidents

A list of recent police activity in Bayport and Blue Point as reported by the 5th Precinct.

 The following information is directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's media incidents list regarding Bayport and Blue Point. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

ARRESTS

August 4, 2012

Sean Leahy, of Bayport, was arrested in Sayville and charged with obstruction of governmental administration.

Craig Durchhalter Jr., of Bayport, was arrested in Sayville for disorderly conduct, harassment in the second degree and obscene language and gestures.

August 3, 2012

Millie Waddle, of Bayport, was arrested in Bayport and charged with crminal contempt.

August 1, 2012

Jeanmarie Pfeifer, of Bayport, was arrested in Bellport and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

July 30, 2012

Mark Hyder, of Bayport, was arrested in Bayport and charged with criminal contempt.

July 31, 2012

Colin Richardson, of Blue Point, was arrested in Centereach and charged with DWI.

INCIDENTS

August 4, 2012

A Middle Road, Bayport resident reported criminal mischief to a vehicle and a stolen pocketbook.

August 3, 2012

A Sylvan Avenue resident reported an incident of harassment.

A wallet was stolen from a pocketbook at the Stop and Shop in Sayville belonging to a The Lane, Bayport resident.

July 29, 2012

Criminal mischief to a fence was reported by an Atlantic Avenue, Blue Point resident.

July 26, 2012

A domestic-related harassment incident was reported by a Barrett Avenue, Bayport resident.
