A list of recent police activity in Bayport and Blue Point as reported by the 5th Precinct.

The following information is directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's media incidents list regarding Bayport-Blue Point. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

ARRESTS

June 23, 2012

Michael Mazurkiewicz, of Bayport, was arrested in Bayport and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment in the second degree.

June 20, 2012

David Pagan, of Patchogue, was arrested in Bayport and charged with criminal contempt.

June 16, 2012

David Cesarino, of Medford, was arrested in Bayport and charged with DWI.

Jaime Huether, of Islip Terrace was arrested in Bayport and charged with DWI.

Vincent Rasulo, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Bayport and charged with criminal mischief with intent to do property damage, resisting arrest and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs.

June 17, 2012

Anthony Palazzolo, of Bayport, was arrested in Melville and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

June 15, 2012

Marcus Avolio, of Blue Point, was arrested in Blue Point and charged with DWI.

June 14, 2012

Myranda Vario, of Bayport, was arrested in West Babylon and charged with assault to intent physical injury.

INCIDENTS

June 23, 2012

A John Avenue, Bayport resident reported an incident of criminal mischief and another resident reported an incident of harassment.

June 22, 2012

Criminal mischief was reported by a Barry Lane, Blue Point resident.

June 20, 2012

A Bergen Avenue, Blue Point resident reported criminal mischief to a car

June 19, 2012

Criminal mischief was reported on Lakeview Avenue in  Bayport.

June 15, 2012

A Paulanna Avenue resident reported criminal mischief to a front glass window.
