Kerry Agnew, of Bayport, was arrested in Shirley and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 of 1 percent.
Elizabeth Sauliner, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Bayport and charged with grand larceny with a credit card.

Anthony Distasi, of Holbrook, was arrested in Bayport and charged with DWI.

Shanden Terry, of Bayport, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with trespassing.

Douglas Niblock, of Bayport, was issued a ticket for allowing alcohol consumption by a large group of minors at an Edgewater Avenue residence.
