What is going on at Islip Town Hall?

Supervisor Croci is away for 11 months. His Chief of Staff resigns. His Personnel Director resigns. His Airport Deputy is fired. The Planning Commissioner is fired. Councilman Senph is running for the NYS Senate. Councilman Steve Flotteron is running for Suffolk County Comptroller. A new Deputy Commissioner is hired at Parks. He was a garbage inspector and was accepted a plea after getting caught ripping down signs and threatening a 61 yr old man. A previously fired employee is rehired at the animal shelter and is arrested for dumping a dog in a dumpster. I believe that the town is being run into the ground. After last years 28% tax increase, the Airport is losing 10,000,000 a year. The flights are 1/2 of what they were 3 years ago. Can someone explain who is in charge at Islip?
