Fairway Manor 260 new units

We trust you have heard about Fairway Manor’s latest attempt to break promises made to this community nearly 30 years ago.  They are seeking to build 260 open to any age units on what is deeded to be a golf course or open space.
The land is already developed and all the units it gave stand today to the east.  All that & the open to any age issue, lots of School Kids & the real concern that all the local roads closed to safeguard the local residents will eventually be opened ( They keep trying. ).
Come out to the meeting at the Town Hall Planning Bd. on July the 10th @ 7:30.  Be there early these guys like to pack the room.

P.S. Try to grab a flyer at one of the signs around Town.  We try to keep them full/in place.  Someone keeps pulling them down.
